Stretch Zone

I just had my 1st visit. For the first time I experienced the science of stretching. If you try this you will not be disappointed. The staff is very polite, they explain everything, and walk you through every single stretch. It just makes sense we use muscles every day, the better your range of motion and flexibility, the better you move, the better you feel. If you need encouraging, “ Do it” it’s an investment in yourself.

My husband and I are about 13 weeks into our 24 week contract and have no hesitation to recommend the stretch zone location off Acton Road. The facility is clean, the staff is always helpful , friendly and always mindful to listen to us about our bodies ability, as well as, limits of stretching. Donnie Sapp is so professional and has been my main training assistant throughout. He is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and I have come to trust him completely. I believe that we are moving in the right direction toward a more flexible and comfortable life.

We have going for more than 6 weeks. They have helped us heal and get stronger. We love the staff!! Front the moment you enter the door, you are surrounded by the best people. You won’t regret it.

O my God is all I want to say about Gage. He was wonderful at educating me and stretching me. He got to the root of my problem day1. I have been calling everyone I know about my experience. Hopefully, they will get one done as well.

I love going to Stretch Zone! It is more relaxing than a massage, especially if you are training hard! Highly recommend!
